Less than 5 Minutes to the Golf Course and 3 minutes to Port A Airstrip if you are flying in.5 Minutes to Town for the Marinas to catch your Fishing Boat or for Shopping and Dining.The Fun n The Sun Beach House Includes
King Master Down with Large Tub and Separate Shower, King Room Up with Balcony for Ocean Views, Full Size Up and Down Bunks in the 3rd room up. Every room includes TVs.Our kitchen is large and open to the living room and dining room. Our Home is Nice and Bright with Lots of Fun Artwork. We Provide Beach Chairs, Horseshoes, and Plenty of Toys to take to the Beach. We have a large Charcoal Grill in the Fenced Backyard to grill Your Catch of the Day! This Home is also Perfect for The Winter Texan! Fun Murals! Our Home is not on stilts so no steps to walk in. 3 DAY Minimum on Holidays.

Summary: The house was in a great location from the beach. The house was decorated nicely! Communication with owner was spot on and they were kund enough to ket us check in a bit earlier since no one was staying there prior to us. The home itself was not clean. There was a lot of areas that were very dirty and we had to go in and basically clean up ourselves for our short stay. I did advise the owner that she should check with her cleaning crew and make sure they start cleaning, especially with the amount of money paid and the amount of money they receive to clean. Was disappointed to have to clean for a house that we paid good money for. Happy that the location was very convenient for the beach and a nice neighborhood!

Summary: We’ve stayed in this general area before, but this is the first place that has gotten us through the week on toilet paper, paper towels, and dish soap! Issue with AC temperature, and reviewed with owner during and after stay. Quick responses at all times. Back patio was also great for hanging out as a family with plenty of seating options.
